The team at Cippenham Primary are excited to work with teachers from all over the world and currently have staff from Canada (including our Assistant Headteacher, Mr Howarth), Australia and Europe.
We work hard to support our overseas teachers in their transistion to the UK and throughout their time at Cippenhma Primary School. We offer time out of class each week to catch up on key tasks, supportive teams and leaders to go to for help and advice, an individual plan of support for career development in any or all areas of teaching where you feel this may be needed and a mentor to guide you through your first term and beyond.
Many of our staff live very locally to the school and are happy to offer tips and support you with your move or to take you out and show you good places to spend your downtime.
The school is twenty minutes by train from central London, close to shops and other amenities and is on the doorstep of historic Windsor.
Below is a video from one of our overseas teachers, Miss James, who joined us in 2014 and loves being in the UK and at Cippenham Primary School.
