Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

The aim of Cippenham Infant School’s SEND policy is to ensure that all children have access to the best educational opportunities, and that individual children’s additional needs are clearly identified at an early stage. We are committed to making available the most appropriate resources and teaching programmes, and to build partnerships with parents to support children’s learning and emotional, behavioural and social development. We aim to raise the aspirations and expectations of all pupils.

Please check out our well-being page for information on interventions and support we provide in school for children with additional needs in a variety of different areas.  As we continue through the year you may also find advice and suggestions for supporting your child at home.
