 Lead LSA (Fixed term to Summer 2021)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join our team of Lead LSAs who provide day to day class cover across the whole school in the absence of the assigned teacher.

You will have an excellent classroom presence and behaviour management skills, with the ability to adapt your teaching approaches to suit pupils from Early Years to Year 6.

The successful applicant will have  • common sense • initiative • integrity • positive interaction with others • a “can do” attitude • a strong working ethos and excellent communication skills.

Actual Salary £20,212 to £25,917 per annum, working Term Time plus Inset Days,, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, based on Level 5, SCP 13 – 23 (full time salary £23,578 to £28,692 per annum pro rata).   

This is a temporary position until the end of the Summer Term 2021 to cover staff absence.

    In this newly created role we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly competent professional to manage our school finances and lead on the consolidation of the Trust’s financial accounts, ensuring all areas fully comply with the requirements of the Education Funding Agency and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
    Successful applicants will be qualified accountants or be qualified by relevant experience within a comparable organisation (e.g. school, college, business charity).
