IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEOS BEFORE COMPLETING THE TASKS!

Good morning everyone. It is amazing that by doing something kind for someone else a whole family can feel happier.

Let me give you an example; a very simple act of kindness such as helping me get out the ladder from the garage yesterday made me feel happy and supported. My happiness made my helper offer to stay and help with the job. He felt valued and appreciated and so did I. We were both then in positive moods, which made me want to cook my son’s favourite tea. That made him very happy, he told me he was grateful, cleared the table without being asked, (this is unusual…), then decided to make banana bread as a surprise treat for the whole family. By the end of the day we all felt good about ourselves and each other.

Think about how you could spread a little kindness today, see what happens for you!
